This comprehensive approach ensures that recipients have all they need to harness solar energy effectively.

Highlighting the cost-effectiveness of the KP Govt To Distribute Free Solar Panels To 1 Lakh Poor Families. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has announced a groundbreaking initiative to provide free 2kV solar , Aslam noted that the government has already established over 90 power plants producing electricity at a significantly lower cost of six to seven rupees per unit.

This is in stark contrast to the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (Wapda), which charges consumers Rs 27 per unit. As part of future plans, the provincial government intends to construct its own electricity transmission line to further enhance efficiency and accessibility.

This initiative not only addresses immediate energy needs but also promotes sustainable development and reduces dependency on conventional electricity sources. By providing free solar panels and supporting infrastructure, the KP government aims to uplift marginalized communities and pave the way for a more energy-efficient future.

For impoverished families, this initiative represents a crucial step towards improving quality of life, reducing energy costs, and fostering economic resilience. It underscores KP’s commitment to innovation in energy policy and its dedication to sustainable development goals. Stay tuned for more information.
