Among the initiatives discussed were scholarships, healthcare projects, and improvements in labour colonies aimed at bettering living conditions for workers.

The government earmarked a substantial allocation of PKR 6 billion for overdue death and marriage grants, benefiting more than 29,000 workers. Additionally, it approved the construction of two hostels in Garment City, Sheikhupura, specifically designed to accommodate 704 women workers. She emphasized that protecting every worker in Punjab is a top priority, reflecting the administration’s proactive stance on labour issues.
